How it Works

Get up and running in just a few simple steps. Connect your data, set your tracking, and start managing affiliates from a single platform.

Setup your account information

Log in, verify details about your company on the administration portal, upload any brand imagery you require and add or login to manage any of your clients. We'll configure your account initially, get your account set up with a demonstration & a user. You'll use the invitation to populate the panel with the rest of the billing party.

Create your commission payment structures and tracked links.

Once you've set up the commission payments you want to provide to your affiliates, you'll then need to define the tracked link parameters. This allows the API or CSV file to track when a sale is confirmed from one of your affiliates. You can also step things up by customising the API parameters and the sales types even more elegantly. It's really easy to populate this panel once you know how.

Populate your product library

There are many ways of getting your product information out of your system and into ours. You can connect via an API, use an automated data gateway, image galleries, pricing, discount or listing. You can utilise a self-serve upload tool where you fill in your product information the way you need to and upload it to the system instantly in the correct format.

Manage your brand portal.

With the brand information now loaded, you can now manage all things on the portal, including any graphics pages you need to customise and enhance as necessary. From your own personalised brand portal page, you can customise the free marketing materials for affiliates to use, updating them, API advanced or manual cut-through.

Commission confirmation.

At a period of reporting point set by the client during the setup consultation, all of your commission payments generated by your affiliates during the analysis of your data from the tracked links will be processed for all confirmed commissions automatically. For any one, one thousand or one hundred thousand of tracked links.
